So, I was walking up the stairs to the platform at the Cedar/University Circle rapid station around 5:30 this evening. A woman is standing at the top of the steps and just inside the door (which is where most people wait for the train when it is below freezing). I'm about five steps from the top of the stairs when it looks like the woman is
