Awesome post is awesome. Sadly some pictures don't load and my all-time favourite Fatboy Slim video seems to be blocked for Germany and the UK by the uploader (why?!), but fortunately the official Skint Records YouTube account has it uploaded, too!

I hate to say it (not really), but I think it isn't that hard to perform Poker Face better than Lady Gaga! Still, the Ohs and Ahs are brilliant! :D It's way too short, though. I'd have loved to hear the "muffin" and "love glue gunning" part of the lyrics! ;)

I've fixed the problem with the pics, so you should definitely check them out if you get the chance. That much sexy should not be denied.

I know I'm probably ranting to the choir here, but regional availability is probably one of the dumbest things ever. To go through the trouble of blocking something when there are so many ways to get around it seems needlessly time consuming and ultimately not in the best interests of the artists. / rant of the day... (Wow, it isn't even noon yet, and I've already met my quota! lol)

ETA: ITA, the only problem with his rendition of "Poker Face" was that it was too short. I would gladly contribute to a Kickstarter to fund a spoken-word project by him, especially if it entitled us to suggest songs. My suggestion: "Sexy and I Know It."

Yes, you are ranting to the choir. You are in fact ranting to someone living in that blasted country where entertainment is reigned by an institution called GEMA. Said institution is the sole reason that no bloody video whatsoever is available on YouTube in this country if it even contains as little as 10 seconds of any song! Glad I could help you meet your quota for the day, now you can go back to smiling less homicidal, right? ;)
