Mother's Day was difficult. It was the first one since my grandmother died, and I thought I'd handle it better than I did. I'm so sorry you had a rough day, but I'm glad your family brought you some joy and Mr. Malice took such good care of you. I definitely would have been laughing at the "naked airplane"! Last time I zoomed with my nephew he was wearing only underwear. I asked if he was going to put some clothes on and he said nah.

People - even otherwise generally normal people - sometimes get really freaking weird/crazy about death and money, and when the two are intertwined it can be a disaster. and god help you if there's already some sense of being wronged in play. tbh I am a little terrified about what's going to happen when my mom passes. She's not a millionaire or anything but I've seen families split apart over a 10 year old car so who knows, people can be petty af.

I am sorry to hear that it was a hard day, but it's good to hear everyone went out of their way to make it better. *hugs*
