I was surprised at how really good Speed Racer was. 90% of it was me fighting off Seizures, but definitely go see it.
John Goodman always has a soft spot in my heart (he reminds me of my pops, lol) and I was surprised to see Benno Fürmann (he played inspector detector) in it. I love him. All around I think they got perfect people to play all the parts, and sure it's cheesy at times, but hey. Way less so than the cartoons, lol.
So go see it! If you don't like it, I'll reimburse you. Seriously.
