I started running again 4/13 -- exactly three months since my previous run (1/13) because I had been doing a lot of mushroom hunting -- hiking off trail in wet, muddy, steep canyons can lead to knee pain.
Now, I'm having foot pain. The podiatrist says it could be a bunion even though there's no swelling, redness or change in shape/size around my 2nd metatarsal. Got xrays and new shoes with more arch support and stability. *sigh*
