We started a tabletop RPG game of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles tonight, mainly to give my friend's daughter a chance to get in on the RPG scene. Everyone else rolled randomly to get what animal they were; she had her heart set on being a mutated dingo, so that's what she is. We also got:

Alligator
Fox
Squirrel
Armadillo

And yours truly: crow.

Zomg! The Palladium one from back in the day?!

All I remember about that book was the alignment system. Leo and Don were "Principled", Mike was something a little less so, and Raph was something truly weird like "Belligerent" or "Aberrant" or something...

The very same.

I know Aberrant is an alignment, somewhat akin to Lawful Evil in D&D terminology. Don't think Belligerent is. :)

What a blast from the past that is. :O

Both, the RPG book AND the subject! Aaah, TMNT.. Back when being an Anthromorph meant you were badass. '-'

....As opposed to being very weird and the subject of ghoulish episodes of CSI.

Yeah, the friend of mine that has the books is a hardcore RPG geek. Used to work at a game store, and bought up a lot of the stock at auction when it went under. :D

Aaah, TMNT. Back from when I didn't hate Palladium games. I had that and Robotech and loved it. Then I found better games and got irritated that Palladium had those licenses.
