I read the poem to my creative writing class (I wasn't going to, but one of my classmates read it while it was out on the table and he was all "YOU MUST READ THIS"), and everybody who spoke up got the point. I was SO HAPPY.
Said classmate was also all, "I thought you said you couldn't write poetry?" I couldn't! I don't know what happened! But I will take it!
