Everything looks great. The stuffing in the muffin pan is a cool idea.

I'm warming it up now and putting it in the pan and the potatoes are going in the same pan. I'm strange. :-p

Thanks for commenting Ed. *hugs*

If it tastes good, it doesn't matter how strange the idea may seem. :D

That's seriously amazing, I may not have been there to actually taste it but it all looks good. As Ed said, aslong as it works at tastes good who cares if its strange.

I'd be a little hesitant with the Pumpkin Nog though, but that's probably because I'm not a big fan of pumpkin. :p

It tasted more sweet than anything, once it was cooked all you could taste was the pumpkin and that's what I didn't like, I don[t like really strong pumpkin taste either.

I ate my leftover stuffing and potatoes. I think I'm going to die.

Pic!Spam is awesome but Thanksgiving Cooking Pic!Spam wins.

LOL I would have never thought to use a muffin tin! This was like watching a cooking show. ;o)

It stays muffin shaped but you have to scoop it with a fork because it might fall apart if you try to lift it out. The leftover ones I ate stayed muffin shaped and I was able to lift them out and eat them like muffins.
