Today had been a long day, maybe too long. Rude had to drag his own partner out of the snow and somehow remain calm and professional about the whole thing. Deep down he was really worried, but there was no use in showing how he felt. A comfortable purr passed Reno's lips when Rude rested his hand on the top of his red hair, feeling a lot more content than he had in the past few days. Maybe running for it had been worth it. He wouldn't have been with Rude at that very moment if he hadn't run into that storm, would he? This was probably worth it, but he had been told that he had a skewed perspective before ( ... )
