Again, we seem to cope OK with Nationwide online banking, though they had a snafu which meant I could not view my credit card statelement online for what turned out to be 8 months last year, as people failed to understand what was wrong or which bit of IT to kick. It was after my card number had been used fraudulently, and the card replaced, at negligible inconvenience to me - but somewhere in the data entry, this was not fully recorded. Even my mum copes with Nationwide online.
