This is the new bow... put the teak oil on it last night.. have to poly it and add the arrow rest sections and have Seamus make me a new string.. and voila..

Now that is a thing of beauty. I'm going to try backing, shortening and re-tillering a longbow with excessive string-follow. I may have to post pictures as I do.

Well I cheated a bit by buying a pre-tillered unfinished bow.. then added the bloodwood and walnut handle and bloodwood tips...
