Oooh, I've done the catching the foot in the pant thing, only I've done it going UP the stairs, so it's my shins that take the fall. Owwww. And YUCK to the chair.

Yeah, I could NOT get naked fast enough. I told the nurse about it, and she brought the chair inside so that they could clean it and no on else could sit in it. At least I saved the next person.
