I just started writing fics for Firefly... I joined the joss100 so I'd have some focal points.... but I'm always wanting pointers/feedback on voice and tone.

If you have ideas about the stuff I've already posted at my journal, pls. comment and let me know.

And if you want to (or can) beta stuff before I post it, I can give you my MSN/AIM/Email-- whichever's more convenient.

Well, if you want to post to joss100, yeah. If you just want to use their prompts, I don't ... think? so... but I'm not too sure. 'cause I mean, credit to them who started it, but the fic100 thing isn't something new in fandom either.

To me, the whole point of it is to get more fic out there that's fandom/ship specific. And no one can really stop you from writing once you've started... but yeah, I dunno.

It's fuzzy, s'all I can say.

Oh, good. For a second there I was afraid the Fic police were going to write me a ticket or something.

I haven't been posting to joss100. The only places I have been doing so are at FFF.net and mal_river LJ. I doubt I'd get officially approved for joss100, anyway. My writing speed is set at somewhere around "turtlesque". Gorram school! ;)

So, thanks for setting my mind at ease. I look forward to reading the rest of your prompts. There can never be too much Mal/River, after all. :)

It's not so much about speed, except for the first post.

If you make a claim, you have to post in the first two weeks of being accepted... unfortunately what happened to me is that instead of writing one, I've been trapped into writing, like, three at a time. My priorities are all messed, 'cause now I'm way behind in my schoolwork. :P
