Hehe, it actually started out as him trying to mess with coffee to get the exact color in his coffee cup, swimming in front of him and the equivalent adjectives, but it seemed a little silly. what would Mal be doing with cinnamon? I like the way it turned out, cause the original is...strange and OOC. shudder.

Thank you.

Mmm, shiny. Even if I do think cinnamon in coffee needs a good bit of sugar to make it palatable. *g*

I've actually never had it before; I take coffee black sans exceptions. I like the way it smells in cider though.

Oh love it! Very intense moment, building up towards the end--kind of claustrophobic too, with River's visions turning erotic on her.

He blinks, fights through the haze and she waits for him to conclude, to grapple with morality and his staunch need to protect her.

Oh Mal. This feels so true.

Also...just put two and two together and realised yours was the cool fic I read on ff.net (my user is Jazz4) D'oh! Thanks for posting here, I hardly ever wade through ff.net these days.

Oh, wonderful job hun. It had obsession (a theme that I tend to love, hee), warmth, with some sweetness. Also, I love your writing style. Keep going at it!
