I really like what you're doing with this series, and I like the issues you touch upon in this segment - a lot! For me this echoed jedibuttercup's essay on Mal and River, where she said that a Mal/River relationship would only be possible if River was stubborn about it. :) Looking forward to seeing more development from you - nicely done!
