There is a map being passed around through the communicators - I believe the Turk has one he's been working on, and there is another I know of.

As for what to do, it all depends on what you wish to do. The Police is always in need of extra people, there is a hunting group that brings fresh meat to the residents and fight off monsters, or you can always look for a special task that you can corner in on, like some of the private investigators or the professional monster hunters. We also have need for people with mechanical skills or knowledge.
