Okay, what I imagine the story to say is that in this area called 「菊下楼」(which I would imagine is a house of wine and den of vices??), there is a Number 1 person and a Number 2 who is jealous of the Number 1 and wishes to take his place, and there's something about a brother's desire to take revenge. Yeah, but I haven't confirmed with wwwjdic or anything. I just ...read a few random words. Probably be utterly wrong. But it sounds a lot less X-rated than it might have been otherwise, thank goodness. :)
