Noooooooooooooooo Yamamoto T_____T /sobs into her pillow

It looks really bad too, I'm really hoping that somebody will find him before something really terrible happens. Also, way to blow Tsuna's 'I want to protect my friends' speech right out of the water by totally destroying one of his best friends. I wonder if this accident is going to be the turning point for pushing Tsuna to take the place?

*SOBBING SEEMS TO BE A POPULAR CHOICE OF ACTIVITY TODAY*

Maybe Gokudera will find him given that he's managed to be literally everywhere else if you so much as think his name these days. XD I CAN ONLY HOPE.

And I can see it somehow being twisted around into the push Tsuna needs to accept his role as the tenth boss after all. But you know, the fact that Yamamoto got hurt because of all this really just proves Tsuna's point that his being in the mafia only puts his friends in danger in the end. He was right. XD

*THAT'S RIGHT BAWWWWWWWW*

I hope so! Either that, or perhaps Hibari? As my friend Heather pointed out, his Namimori-is-being-defiled senses are probably tingling, and he'll arrive just in time to tell Yamamoto to stop dying all over the floor.

No, it proves that you shouldn't knock important notes off of desks! Then things like this DON'T HAPPEN XD But yes, I suppose he was right. I wonder how that's going to work out... because obviously, he in the Boss in the future (though has that future been changed?) and surely the manga hasn't been working through all of this just to have Tsuna decline the position at the end of it (Well, that's it folks! He doesn't want it!). So on one hand, we have the whole 'you're the only person who can turn this shit around' and then on the other hand, Tsuna wants to be noble, and just confesses he thinks that he can't do it, and wants to protect his friends. OTL

... The KHR Family song was playing in the background as I read the chapter. /sobs

Hibari does have a bad habit of saving people's lives right at the most crucial moment. It wouldn't surprise me.

No, I definitely agree that he's going to be the boss when all's said and done; I'm just not sure when exactly that is going to be. This being THE INHERITANCE ARC and all is obviously a big hint, but Amano could still surprise us and put it off yet again. And in the short term, I could see this being just more proof in his mind that mafia = bad. Though before he even begins to ponder the implications of that, he'll have the more immediate threat of HIS TRAITOROUS BOYFRIEND to deal with, so he'll probably be dragged into another mafia war anyway whether he likes it or not.

...and that is the most depressing thing I've heard all day, sob. XD

That does not, however, mean I'm not going to spend the entirety of next week fretting like a fretting thing, OH YAMA MY POOR BABY DON'T DIE, I MEAN I KNOW YOU'RE NOT GOING TO BUT SERIOUSLY, DON'T.

Know that you, madam, will not be alone in this.

And I kid you not that I think I slept off a looming depression at the spoilers yesterday. Waking up almost noon (no matter what time I went to bed) is unacceptable, but it happened. I wasn't totally around all of yesterday. Aiya, Amano-san, why you do this to me.

I don't even sure how tsunayoshiis going to summarize this. ^^;;

*btw my parttime job allows me to show up in the afternoon so no big deal. It was just weird, waking up almost noon.

Our nerves are going to be so frayed by week's end that Amano had better resolve this in the very next chapter, or else approximately half of her fans are going to have heart attacks.

Lol, I was kind of the opposite regarding the spoilers; I was so wound up that I could barely sleep at all. THERE WILL BE NO REST FOR ME AFTER THIS.

;_;

Every time I see Enma I want to, oh, I don't know, wrap him up in a daft loud flower-print fuzzy blanket and give him hot chocolate. With marshmallows. And whipped cream. Guy always looks so dejected. :( He even looks morose at the prospect of his oncoming villaintude. You know, this being shonen & all, I fully expect him to kick some ass later in the arc--but what's his secret weapon? Being sad, AGGRESSIVELY?

Incidentally, I could probably beat him in a woe-is-me contest at this particular moment. Agh! Yamamotooooooo! D: D: D: Gah. This is just not on. It's too early in the arc for anything UNTHINKABLE UNTHINKABLE to happen, but I am still concerned and,

and and god damn it, by the time next chapter comes around I'm going to be in Corsica with no internet. noooooo!I liked Tsuna's non-acceptance speech, too. Strange, that I feel it's one of his most courageous-sounding moments for a while...I love watching Tsuna with fire on his head and fists in the enemy's face, etc. etc., but I admire him most in moments like this ( ... )

I also wanted to kidnap Enma and make him my little shota teddy bear until this latest chapter, after which I am reconsidering this for self-preservation reasons. I'm, uh. I'm not too sure he wouldn't kill me.

BUT BEING SAD AGGRESSIVELY IS LONGCHAMP'S WEAPON! ENMA, GET YOUR OWN.Maybe if we all get together we can drown the Shimon family with our tears or something. I don't think there's a single fan out there who's not in mourning this week. XD ( ... )

And it's only made worse by the fact that this is like the zillionth time he's been stabbed and/or sliced to ribbons, too. God, Yamamoto, how hard is it to stay in one piece for a dozen chapters? He gets wounded more often than Gokudera loses fights, I swear.

Gahhh I wonder if this is what it was like for fans after the Gamma torture chapter came out. *wrings hands anxiously*

I swear that's true. The other day, I was chatting with a friend and got to the conclusion that yes, Amano likes a bit to much bloody!Yama.

We got: the fight with Ken, Mukuro!Lancia bit fight. Squalo's fight. Sky fight. Gamma's torture fight. Genkishi's fight. Wall of doom fight. Squalo's training. And now Kaoru's stab of death. :|

I would do a post with all the bloody evidence but I'm too lazy :'D

I'm kinda wondering about Tsuna's reasoning behind this all on not becoming the mafia boss. But, anyhow...

Yamamoto! ;A; Nooooooooooes!! *HUGS Yamamoto and screams for medical help*

I thought it was pretty good, actually. He was definitely underestimating himself with the whole "the mafia world is too big for me" thing, but he had a legitimate point about not wanting to put his friends in danger (as the end of this chapter proved quite nicely XD). I wonder if/how things will change after the Shimon betrayal, though.

I REALLY WISH THERE WAS SOME WAY TO JUMP THROUGH THE MANGA PAGES AND GET HIM A DOCTOR OR SOMETHING. I feel so guilty about leaving him lying there for an entire week, somehow. NEVER MIND THAT THAT MAKES ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE.
