That whole thing with the letter falling into the trash can is cliché, but oh so "terrifying" somehow. Baaaad, baaaad! Adelheid going "!" when she realizes that Tsuna "doesn't care" about the letter (he never saw it, but she doesn't know that) kinda makes you realize that it really is a bad thing that's happening.
I... still can't help laughing when I think about it. XD Sob, the entire Shimon/Vongola relationship has been completely undermined and destroyed, and all I can think is, "YOU KNOW, ENMA, THIS NEVER WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF YOU HAD JUST SENT HIM A TEXT MESSAGE."

I especially love the irony (and if that's not the proper use of that word, well then shoot me because I DON'T CARE) of him sitting there on the last page and checking the time on his cell phone. WHICH HE APPARENTLY HAD WITH HIM THE WHOLE TIME. But I guess a text just wouldn't have had the same shoujoish flair as a handwritten note.

I think D. Spade's real reason for being pissy at Giotto is because his bossu told him his boots looked girly. THEY'RE NOT GIRLY, THEY'RE FABULOUS--I MEAN MANLY. FABULOUS AND MANLY.
Either that, or Amano was like, "I should have at least one or two of them doing something that relates to their characters/personalities so that this cover is not a completely generic image of them all just staring at the camera like fools," and Ugetsu drew the short straw.

And yeah, Gokudera, just keep doing your thing, you crazy right hand man you. Every time you make a cameo appearance in the middle of the night shining flashlights on people outside Tsuna's house, you make the world a little brighter. <3
Well the scan's not as good, but I'd say that MM's boots here: http://www.onemanga.com/Katekyo_Hitman_Reborn/68/06-07/ are just as shiny. (I know this only because I'm considering coloring the pic to use as an icon.) Then again, she's Kokuyou, so shiny boots might be semi-required.
True, true, the Kokuyo gang definitely has a thing for shiny boots. Some of Mukuro's ensembles give Spade a run for his money too. Maybe it's a Mist thing.
The scanlation group should release the Google trans version just for the lulz.
i have a feeling it'll be hard for Giotto to do a reconnaissance mission at night because of that-thing-on-his-head. It's like having a perpetual headlight on. ORZ
Oh btw this page make me wonder if Aoba, Ryouhei, Gokudera, Shit-P, and the rest sleep in Tsuna's room when it's their turn to guard? Amano seems to be pushing their friendship all the time. i am currently trying to beat my BL fangirl side and look at the page with pure mind
I don't think Tsuna's room could have survived Aoba and Ryohei spending the night (it barely survived them spending an hour), so I'm just going to assume this was an Enma-only thing (him being Tsuna's ~SPECIAL FRIEND~ and all). This chapter pretty much confirmed that Gokudera has been sleeping in Tsuna's yard for the past week, though. XD
And the idea of Giotto trying to sneak around somewhere only to be caught because of his glow-in-the-dark DYING WILL BULLSEYE is amazing. A+, WOULD LOL AGAIN.
