I'm not quite sure how I feel about the new costume. I think maybe I'll like it once I get used to it. ;)

the new costume was a little jarring at first, i will admit. but after scrolling through all the stills, it really grew on me. ^__^

I usually have a bit of trouble getting used to those kind of changes, but it definitely doesn't look bad. I'll have to wait and see how it looks in action I suppose. :D

that's totally fair! i'm pretty excited to see how it looks in action.

...though i'm pretty excited for the whole movie, honestly.

It's interesting to me that they've gone back to the mechanical web shooters from the comics, rather than the 'organic' ones Tobey had.

interesting, but in a good way, i think. the mechanicals he used help make him more real to me as a reader. sure, he had some super powers, but he never became a spider-in-a-human-suit, which did a lot for the character i think. Tobey's Spiderman was good, but i did have some trouble identifying with him at times.
