1. Download the file. Unzip.
2. Upload files to your own server (ex: tinypic, photobucket, etc.). Photobucket is preferable since you can save all files to a folder and file names are not changed.
3. Create a new Mood Theme
4. Paste URLs into appropriate boxes.
5. Save Changes
