One of my clients had a lovely homebirth yesterday morning. Baby boy Gabriel was welcomed into the world at 6:05 yesterday morning by his parents and his 3 siblings. He weighed in at a whopping 11lbs 8oz. Not by biggest homebirth baby, but close. I'm off to check on them later today. Yay ( Read more... )

Me too ... I maybe be going to the other birth today, so if I run late, save me a spot on the battlefield parking lot.

11 lb 8 oz.... Owwie. From the being greeted by his three siblings comment, at least Mom was probably already more able to stretch as needed.

Flushies... close flushies especially... Yeah, going to miss 'em. Yes, last year it was hard to come home... no drums to lull my daughter and I to sleep. Looks like I'll be making it up on Wednesday. Yay for an extra day!

This weekend... the panic last minute laundry and a few more items to sew :-P
