Okay, I uderstand that a 120 GB system has more memory than a 20 GB (common sense, right?) and is therefore better... but what do I need any GBs for? What's the difference and ( Read more... )

the GB rating is how much disk drive space it has. More disk drive space, more videos, songs, saves, games, etc. you can have on there. The features are nearly identical, but here's a list of what comes out of the box on each:

My man has the X-Box 20gig system. Basically when you get an X-Box you get a membership to X-Box live, where you can download demos, games, and movies/TV shows. It depends how much you want to download/store. The downloadable games are simple and don't realy take a lot of memory. My man says don't get the core system without the memory, you want some memory.

I'd suggest the 20gig. He does download trailers and demos and such but he hasn't used a lot of space on it and he's had it for 2 years.
