I had not gotten as far as this video. I just started watching it over lunch and came to this line that I really liked:
Want to change a person, you have to change the situation, to change the situation who have to find out where the power is in the system.
Roughly transcribed. Anyhow, finding where the power lies to look at what is corrupting a system is a really important point.
It's a very interesting talk. I think social systems need a good hard look. Social responses external to bad situations is also part of allowing bad social environments to be created - think Darfur or Rwanda.

I also really like the ending where he talks about heroism. What is most impacting to me is that heroes have to be ready to be deviant.
