Whoever vandalised the door to the girls' lavatory isn't going to be winning any achievements in art. Unless they were going for surreal art, anyway, but I doubt that. If they wanted a reward in the form of losing points for their house, though, they can get that in spades.

There probably have been scratchings on the desk and things, but I think Filch usually fixes those before anyone else sees them.
