Not sushi, it's green pita bread that, IIRC, has some stuff mixed into cream cheese, said mixture spread on said green pita bread which is then rolled up and cut into pieces.

Its been some years since I saved the picture, so I don't remember where I got it from, but I think there were diced green, yellow and red peppers in the cream cheese mixture to make it look seasonal, along with seasonings.
