Okay, there is actually a LOT about today that I could go on about, but I'll leave recounting my day in court with Crazy Landlady until after I move.

I have a job.  Got a call last Friday afternoon from an agency that's all the way out in Washington state that saw my resume on one of the many online sites I have it posted on.  For some reason they'

First day at work was yesterday, the physical layout is pleasant and the people all seem nice, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
