She coughs awake as she lies in a hospital bed, every movement making her stomach ache. With a groan, her head falls to the side

A nurse came up to Shalla a few minutes ago and announced that their monitoring of Inyri's brain activity showed that she may be waking up soon.

So Shalla's right in the hall when she wakes, and walks in a couple of seconds after the droids leave.

"It may be silly of me, but I find myself wondering how the kriff you ended up shot. On Coruscant. And not on a mission."

[fighter__pilot]

"Yeah. I'll stay in the hospital 'less we suddenly get called away on an urgent mission. Be out in the hall or the cafeteria."

She's definitely not leaving the hospital.

[majorinyri]

"Ew, cafeteria." Inyri laughs softly. "Ow. Go sleep though, when I'm in the tanks. No sense in watching me bob."

[fighter__pilot]

"Not tired," she says with a small smile. "Jus' have them comm me if y'need me."

[majorinyri]

"You will be. And okay." Inyri murmurs.

[fighter__pilot]

"Bet I won'. I never sleep."

And ttly never lies either.

[majorinyri]

"Liar." Inyri smiles softly.

[fighter__pilot]

"Maybe," she replies, grinning. "Blame Intel. Horrible influence."

[majorinyri]

"They are." Inyri nods as well as she can. And then yawns.

[fighter__pilot]

"Okay," she says, taking another step away. "I don' sleep, but y'need some. I'll see y'later."

[majorinyri]

"Okay. Bye." She murmurs, lifting a hand before letting it fall heavily.

[fighter__pilot]

Shalla turns and walks out the door, closing it quietly behind her. She'll tell the nurse not to let any other visitors in unless they rank higher than Shalla does herself.
