Well, I actually think that the hair turned out fine, even if it was awful for you to have to do. I like the smoke from his cigarette and the way the shoulders of his coat stick up just slightly-- which makes sense considering the fact that he's got his hands slightly raised to take care of the tie. I also like his skinniness, although the right side of his body isn't quite balanced with the left. You're right about the hands-- I actually thought he was reaching in his coat for something (a gun?) at first
