How do you awaken Sleeping Beauty in an amusing way?

And still have Beauty and Prince get together?

Sometimes you state a problem, and it kicks your brain into solving it.

I have half a solution.

What if, in the course of getting to Sleeping Beauty, the Prince lost most of his clothes and had to borrow something of Beauty's? Then he kisses her and Beauty wakes up, only to see a man wearing her favorite dress and looking better in it than she ever did (the color or fit wasn't right for her).
