By the fucking customer. How ironic is that. Customer service has become so jaded I can't offer to lower someone's bill when I see that we have something cheaper for the same services. Suddenly I'm trying to trap

This is why I don't post/comment in the cult. There's no point, because chances are that someone nasty is going to disagree with you and you're going to get reamed. So screw it; who needs it? I scan for info, half the time I don't read the comments at all.

And the getting yelled at by the customer is like bizarro world.

Either you rarely post in your LJ, or you filter most of your posts, but damn was I shocked to see you on my friends page today.

I've been watching everything go down on the cult and it's just ridiculous. It makes me very, very happy that I've stepped far enough away from the fandom that I can just watch from a distance without feeling at all emotionally involved. I barely know any of the people involved with the heart of the drama. I really think that they all just need to calm the fuck down.

It's heartening to see a voice of reason popping up once in a while over at the cult. I've always wondered why people object to who becomes mod when they joined the comm for content and not because whoever is modding. LOL.
