I understand that shaken-up feeling. Sorry to hear you got hit. My college roommate got hit, once, and came back to the dorm so incredibly angry about the whole thing. I can only imagine. I'm a newer biker and have never been hit. Cars are pretty inconsiderate sometimes.

Yeah, its amazing how inconsiderate cars can be. I guess, my advice would be to always, always second or triple guess yourself. =\ My mom used to bike a little, and nearly got hit as well. She's since stopped because she's scared she will get hit. I do find it shocking, and angering how often it happens. =(

OMG, I'm so relieved you didn't end up in the hospital or worse. You have every right to feel angry because that car could've ended your life. Argh, some car drivers seriously need to be more careful when there are bikers on the road. I'm just thankful that you're safe.

Yeah, a lot of the post-traumatic stress was "what if's". Like if I had literally been a foot more forward, I probably would have been injured. Aghh. Thank you for your comment. I read it soon after you posted it, and it was nice to receive.
