Where do the hours go?

Alrighty, let's do a little time-spent accounting.
I recognize that some of the things below can be over-lapping (such as passive music listening and working, or sitting and working). Count the hours where they count; it's not like it should add up to 24 or any such thing. So, how much time did you spend yesterday on the following?

I did a lot of food prep before the morning started: the night before, I put food in tupperware that had been previously prepared (pasta w/sauce, lasagna); in the morning I put that and fruit together, and drink, and then at work I spent very little time heating it, and dinner was entirely store-bought.

Alas, if I were not sick with coughing, my answer to "vigorous physical activity" would have been different. *le sigh*

Amoxicillin should knock it out soon. (I really hope. By day 3-4 of 10, maybe? That would be great. I'd like to be able to not cough for an hour before bed this weekend.)

I counted my hour of practice as both performing, even though I had no audience, and as active listening, as I was learning new music and singing requires active listening anyway.
