Who: Akito/Agito and you Where: Maid Hallway When: Night 1 What: Akito goes exploring. He'll probably end up running into some monsters along the way. Warnings: Monstersssss. Also typical Agito warning.
That made him frown some more, but it was more the slight to his other that got to him. People were telling him he was naive all the time, and often they were right. But he wasn't wrong in how his other could protect him. "I know I'm not safe. But I also know Agito wouldn't let anything happen to us." His other wouldn't allow it. The dark was ignoring the conversation, focusing more on what Akito was seeing out of the corner of his eye. The shadows were more important.
He didn't get a chance to reply as Tim appeared, the light recognising him in time, managing to stop his right hand half-way, Agito having taken brief control of it in case the monsters were back. "Tim-san..." Akito steadied himself, and had to nod agreement with that. "If the day was that long, the night would have to be the same, I think. Unless they can't open doors, there's probably not much we can do except run or fight them if they attack," he added. He rubbed his arm a little, the sting from the firefly bothering him.
Ricardo didn't jump when Tim emerged from the darkness, but he did give him a look usually reserved for things you've found on the bottom of your shoe. How long had the he been listening?
"Hopefully not aggressive?" Ricardo snorted. He hadn't met the bestial footmen yet, so to him an ill-defined 'those things' meant the wall-crawlers that had tried their damnedest to rip his face off. "Yes. And I also hope that any second now, a benevolent god will descend from the heavens and send us all home."
He put a hand on his hip and looked over the two brats.
"If you must wander, then wander. But don't do it alone and without any light. Are you at least armed?"
"I didn't say it was likely," Tim commented offhandedly to Ricardo. He nodded to Akito as well, folding his arms over his chest a bit. But he watched Ricardo carefully, still.
"I can handle myself at least to an extent," Tim replied. "I just have to stay out of trouble." Though honestly he planned on making sure other people stayed out of trouble. He looked over to Akito. "What about you?"
"My AT are my weapons. Agito's one of the best riders in all of Japan, and his fighting style is rather violent," he said simply. "He can protect me from anything easily enough. And we can see pretty well in the dark." Golden eye did gleam a little, animalistically. It wasn't as noticeable in Akito, but if Agito came out to play it would be ridiculously obvious.
Ricardo returned the gesture, folding his arms carefully and raising his eyebrows at Tim.
"I can tell you with absolute certainty that they're aggressive. They're also very fast, for something so damaged."
But what Akito said caught his attention. He gave the brat a quick look up and down, frowning. He had seen some strange improvised weapons in his time, but he didn't see anything that looked like a weapon. Unless--
Hold on.
"The boots?" He had visibly perked up. Sometimes, a bit of clever weaponry was all it took to turn him into a kid in a candy store. "He fights with those?"
