What a lovely (and very original) take on Holmes' relationship with his father. It's also not often that one finds a good mystery written into a slash fic, so this was refreshing to read. Well done!

Thanks! Yes, there are so many stories about Holmes being traumatized by his abusive father, so I thought I'd give it a slightly different turn.

Thanks! Yes, I thought that Watson, having lost so much in his life (which always seemed a bit unfair to me), would have no acceptance for this kind of feud. And I think he would be the only person to whom Holmes would actually listen.
