F Bombs Away

One of my New Year's resolutions is to stop using the F bomb. But I need a substitute. I'm looking for something that starts with F but isn't a euphemism (like frigging). At the moment I like "fumbling". ("You fumbling arsehole" has a nice ring to it. :)

Any nominations?

Frick or frack.

But the F word is so wonderful.

I like frak, but it still sounds like a euphemism for fuck (which I admit is a wonderful word, but my sons wince when I use it).

We use "freaking" as a replacement in nice(r) company. "Fracking" was good before it meant a destructive form of natural gas drilling. :)

Frack is good, and I think the link to gas drilling only enhances its use as an expletive.

But I'm really looking for an entirely new word that won't sound like an obvious attempt to substitute a euphemism for good old "fuck."
