Main requirement is to have hair covering one eye. Doesn't need to permanently cover the eye but better if most of the time it does, like Shining Force F's Jin. Those with eyepatches don't count unless they have eyepatches AND emo hair, doesn't matter which eye it's covering. 8D;;

With all the crap I've seen, I feel as if I should be able to list some for you...though I'm not really coming up with any off the top of my head.

Do you have specific requirements for the hair? Like more real-life emo style, or just anything that pretty much covers one eye is good? And since this is master list, minor characters that nobody's ever heard of are game too?
