My f-list currently consists of "OMG BEST WTF EVER" at Doctor Who and Code Geass R2. I only watch the latter, so...

XDXDXD I think Rolo did it out of his wanting to keep the knowledge of Lelouch's restored memories secret, and also the NOW THERE IS ONE LESS PERSON TO SHARE NIISAN WITH. I think he genuinely did it to protect Lelouch.

I don't know about the J!fandom, but I know that in the English fandom, people who love Rolo haven't stopped loving him, and that generally, they want:

a. Lelouch to be able to come to terms with it and still love Rolo
b. Rolo to be happy.

And of course there are people who hated Rolo anyway, so, you know. BUT I'M NOT GIVING UP ON HIM AND NEITHER ARE YOU SO THERE IS STILL HOPE.

I don't like Lulu/Rolo because I prefer SuzaLulu or LuluCC, but I really have fallen in love with Rolo's chara. I didn't expect to like him in the beginning from reading the chara description coz it's so obvious he's Sunrise dirty tactic for fishing BL fangirls like myself. However, once I start watching, I can't stop loving Lolo. So cute, so wrecked, and so desperate. Woo wooo... now I like Rolo more than Lulu (probably) ^_^;;

!! It's a huge factor behind why I love him so much, too. I love that he can be this cold utterly objective assassin, and then Lelouch's presence somehow turns him into this boy who just needs his Niisan so much that he's willing to do just about everything for him.
