If it wasn't Ishi-chan, then it's someone with a young boy voice very similar to his. =|

Can't tell MikiShin's, but that whole 天上 line from 2:25 to 29 reminds me of Horiuchi Kenyuu. ._.; (Probably because of 王の男... OTL )
