On the way to school, I stopped by my favourite bookstore (it's the only bookstore I know of that opens up before 9am!) and I gasped out loud to find these two magazines next to each other.

wow, i actually like nomura's art style in those covers =O! generally, i enjoy his kingdom hearts work over his final fantasy designs. but yeah, there's something with the way their faces and eyes are that seems different. neat! thank you for sharing these =D

The real reason to get Dengeki over Famitsu is for the game reviews, I think. I have this theory that game companies pay off Famitsu to give their games good reviews... whereas Dengeki seems to actually, you know, PLAY the games, and review them based on that. (: But then, even Dengeki seems to give some games an unfair boost, and give others the shaft, so maybe I'm just biased against Famitsu for their rather harsh grades on some of my favorite games (Coloball 2002 getting a 7/7/7/6? PUH-LEASE! That's one of the best games of its genre I've EVER played!). (:

The other reason to get Dengeki, of course, is for their playable demo discs, when they have them. (:

Oh, I don't mean to bash Dengeki here. I do love their "Girl's Side" magazines, too. XD Just complaining that this issue by them doesn't do much to me besides its pretty cover.

At least I have to give credit to Famitsu for having a review on Persona 3 in this issue "while everyone else was busy playing other games" (according to the review). XD But I usually don't care for reviews anyway.

And my input to all of this would be wild cries of glee and the like, which would be annoying so I'll leave them to myself. ♥
