Well I tried to make cookies. I'm not known for my cooking skills, but I decided we needed some yummies cause we're trapped and yummiless (though it's now just Chris and I cause Sally and Cherylyn came and saved Tim when the bridge surfaced this afternoon... before it started to rain again) so I jumped online and got some biscuit recipes. I

I tried to bake some brownies for my mom tonight. They turned out soft in the middle. Disappointing.

I love baking - it's the 'healthy' cooking of actual meals that stumps me!

My favourite type of cookie to make is the Anzac biscuit. They're all full of sweet buttery, oaty goodness. =D
