the va dmv is a DREAMLAND compared to the NIGHTMARE that is the NC DMV - can you say old-school-student-desks (aka WOOD) and 1 computer for 14000 people trying to take the test. the last time i LITERALLY FINISHED A NOVEL while waiting. at least the shirlington office has that nice little "next in line" action.
