This year has felt very odd. I've been to half a Rockies game and to one A's home game. That A's game made me realize how much I miss not just the game, but the community I had built at the Coliseum, from the parking lot guy (who commented on how he hadn't seen me much this year), to all the ushers, from the fans behind the bullpen, to the wild

Yeah, I'm switching mentally from an A's fan to a baseball fan to watch the playoffs. Fortunately, the Twins/Tigers game was so freakin' awesome I was reminded of why baseball is the best.
