running goal-setting

I've been working on my running ability for the past month now, with a goal (mostly met, despite two weeks of sickness) of getting out for three runs a week. I've been focusing more on doing it then on my actual performance. I generally head over to the park and do some intervals around the lake, more running than walking. Thanks. :) It's really not as bad as I always imagined. It's good for my mood, and sometimes it's even fun. My lung capacity needs work, but it will get there, I'm sure. I'll never be a marathoner, but maybe I will be a little more fit. :)
