This is very interesting. For my life, the most important aspect of sustainability is mental health because that underlies my ability to tackle all the rest.
That's a really good point about mental health. I've been in a pretty good mental headspace for the last few months, so I've not been viewing it as something of note or something that should be fixed or attended to.
That said, adding enough sleep to the list, because that's also a major impact on my sanity and ability to cope.
I had heard of freecycle, but never actually got around to poking it with any seriousness. I just signed up. :) And I had no idea we had a CSA in Perth -- that's fantastic!
I don't actually think the world owes anyone an existence. Everyone who is able needs to contribute something to earn that food and shelter. That Brazil project isn't about giving food to everyone, as I read it, but about making it more affordable and accessible.
Great list and I second the comment that even if you only apply some of these, you'll come out way ahead!

have you investigated freecycle? it is awesome way to be sustainable and lots of fun.
also, community supported agriculture is totally mintox.
good luck! with a list like that, even if you only make a few things into long term habits you are still on a big win.
