Here we are again. (For Photoshop CS2)
We'll go from this

So, here we are. This is our base

It's a bit dark so I use a Curve Layer to light it a bit:
RGB
input: 33
output: 50
And we get this:

Now let's use a Selective Color Layer with this settings:
Red:
cyan -100
magenta +50
yellow +100
black 0

Neutrals:
cyan +30
magenta 0
yellow -10
black 0
And we get this:

Now put up the saturation, I set it at +50.
We get this:

If you like the result you can stop now.
But I wanted the icon look a little more blue so I add a light blue layer (#93defa) in Soft Light 100%
And I got this:

Now icrease the saturation again and put it to +8
We get this:

And You're done!
