oh, goodie!!! I loved Ginny's inner musings and I LOVED Viktor. I hate when he gets turned into a complete asshat. Hermione saw something in him, right?

And poor poor sweet Harry.

Looking forward to the next chapters, and have fun on vacation!

Oh, the angst! It's going to be a big misunderstanding regarding that kiss Harry saw... oh dear!

I really like how you give us the background of the story. It's easy to follow and interesting to read. In some fics, I just like to skim it to get to the dialogue, but with this one, I'm reading every word.

Good luck writing!

but he was still the same Harry she felt as though she'd known her entire life, the same Harry she would probably love until her dying day.

Awwwww! I feel much less inclined now to track you down on vacation and find out what happens next. I'm so glad that Ginny and Victor's kiss was more of loneliness and homesickness and impulsive, rather than they've been in a serious relationship for several months by the time Harry saw them.

So good! I loved this chapter and how you interpreted Ginny and how she and Victor got to be friends. Great job, have a blast on vacation and I can't wait to read what happens next!

Well, at least it's just a miscommunication rather than a longer term relationship that could be cause for serious angst. Though, what with people likely assuming Harry's moodiness is from the war, Ginny not knowing he wants her back, and Harry's bad reaction to her haircut on top, it could be a while before the miscommunication is resolved, maybe even enough time for Ginny and Victor to get together for real first? I blame Krum, anyway: nice guy maybe, but he should have told Ginny the war was over and the trio in town instead of chattering away about old Quidditch mishaps.

If that's the case, it'll be about 3 weeks before I can post any new material

I'll wait patiently, then.

I'm really enjoying this so far. I like how you've set up the background and how they all came to be there. I could almost feel Ginny's loneliness and I'm quite glad the kiss was a result of her feeling that way. I'm looking forward to the angst and your next update.

Enjoy your vacation and I'll try to wait patiently. No guarantees though. :)
