I'm a dork.

I was getting the latest version of our updater at work today and saw a module called Tabula Rasa in the folder with the source code.  I had a minor giggle fit and wondered if the developer was a fan of Justice League, Buffy, or John Locke.

(I know it was almost certainly just identifying itself, but it still amused me.)

ETA: Did anyone else see this ( Read more... )

no capes, so at work today..., i am an enormous dork, btvs

So there's something about Tabula Rasa on Buffy?? Because that's a big concept on Dollhouse... Whedon and your recycling of ideas!!!

Hehe, I didn't see that link before, but I totally get that. Have you seen the Christmas special yet?

There's an episode called "Tabula Rasa" wherein a memory spell goes awry and all of the main characters wind up in a room together with no idea at all who they - or anyone else - are. It's easily the most entertaining episode of BS6, and is not to be confused with the Angel episode "Spin the Bottle" that, if I'm not mistaken, originally aired the same week, wherein a memory spell goes awry and all of the main characters wind up in a room together with no idea who any of the others are and reset to their seventeen-ish-year-old selves, and which is also easily the most entertaining episode of AS4. So, yeah, recycling all 'round! Did he manage to get in the obligatory Too-Friendly-Not-to-Be-Evil Jonathan Woodward character before Dollhouse got canceled ( ... )

Em... Jonathan Woodward has not yet appeared to my knowledge, but there's still time I guess? There's a couple of eps left. I may have missed a couple, but their schedule for showing the rest of the episodes is just weird, so I'll just be checking Hulu periodically for those.
