Aw, thanks anyway. I'll be able to find something, I'm sure, I was just very disappointed to not be able to see those last 15 seconds or so last night.

If nothing else, you'll be able to see the end of the episode on the USA Network site (I'm thinking it should be up there by this point) -- and it's DEFINITELY worth whatever you need to do to watch it, because OHMIGAWD _SQUEEEEEEEE_! :D But the fact that it cut off during the initial watching -- yeah, that sucks. Sucks HEAP big. :P Any idea why it did that? (I know boo-all about this sort of techna-logey; I still use ancient VHS tapes for "Monk.") Does it just shut off automatically at 10 whether the episode is over or not, or something?

I managed to watch it, and DAWWWW...! Randy's only been waiting for that for eight years... (And I couldn't be happier the way it played out - it would have been so many different kinds of wrong if she had shown any interest at all when she was a regular cast member, but here it works.)

And, yeah, it's an issue with the episodes running a tiny bit over their time slot (we got all the way up to him opening the door for her, so it was _almost_ as frustrating as it could have possibly been). I've been telling Mum since way back when we missed the end of "Mr. Monk on Wheels" that she needs to add a minute to the record time so it runs a minute into the next timeslot (or just set it up to record Monk and Psych in the same block, since they watch Psych, too), but apparently I'm going to have to go change it myself. At least it picked up all of this week's ep. Which, adorable...!
