Just now while making a dentist appointment (Yay! I'm going to Dr. Mirci!) I was spelling out my last name for the receptionist and I'm going along, "P(as in Peter)-R-O-T(as in darjeeling)"...
Then there was a "I'm sorry. What was that?"
"Oh. I mean T(as in Tom)-E-R-O"

And I wonder why people stare blankly at me when I decide to talk.

I didnt get it at first...It took me several hours and multiple times reading it to figure out. Keep in mind this is Utah and people here dont drink as much tea as they might elsewhere.
